Cheese of the Week
Woolsery Goats Cheese
Woolsery cheeses were started by Annette Lee in 1990 as she moved to Devon and started to pursue goat farming, originally supplying goats milk to other local cheese and yogurt makers and later deciding to try and make her own cheese. After a few false starts, Annette’s recipe became refined, the dairy moved through to Dorset, and is now met with praise and delight, being stocked around the country and both used and endorsed by a number of celebrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Gary Rhodes.
