Wild Garlic Cornish Yarg is hand made in open vats from grass-rich Cornish milk. Matured for five weeks, it takes on an unmistakable flavour and yet whispers rather than shouts its name. Deliciously different.
These verdant beauties impart a gentle garlicky flavour and give the cheese a slightly firmer texture. It’s hard to believe, but Wild Garlic Yarg is made with the same recipe as traditional nettle wrapped Yarg. The striking difference in taste and texture is all down to the leaves.
Our cheeses are delivered by courier for overnight/next day delivery, for customers in England and Wales only, so they arrive in the best condition. For customers in Scotland or Ireland, please call us on 01780 489269. We charge £6.50 for P&P for orders up to 2.5kg. Orders above this weight are charged £6.50 per additional 2.5kg. Unfortunately we can only deliver within the UK at present.
