About Pecorino Sardo Cheese
Pecorino cheese is not just one cheese, it is the name of a family of Italian cheeses that are made from ewe’s milk. Pecorino cheese has a crumbly texture and some buttery and nutty flavour. These hard ewes’ milk cheeses from central Italy and the island of Sardinia have established a very good export market outside Italy. This traditional cheese is made entirely from the organic and pasteurised milk of a herd of a 1000 free grazing sheep in central Sardinia and has matured for 6 months.

Pecorinos are traditional, creamery, hard, drum-shaped cheeses. They come in a variety of flavours determined by their age.
Our cheeses are delivered by courier for overnight/next day delivery, for customers in England and Wales only, so they arrive in the best condition. For customers in Scotland or Ireland, please call us on 01780 489269. We charge £6.50 for P&P for orders up to 2.5kg. Orders above this weight are charged £6.50 per additional 2.5kg. Unfortunately we can only deliver within the UK at present.
