Opening with full-bodied, fruity tones, the flavours slowly journey towards earthy and nutty with a soft finale to finish. Gruyère, deserves a place on any cheeseboard. It can be enjoyed as a dessert or as a snack on crusty bread can be also used to make delicious warm dishes. Is excellent melting cheese Le Gruyère AOP also belongs in proper fondue.
