Another Dutch classical recipe. Gouda cheese with the addition of pungent aromatic cumin seeds giving a warm spicy flavour. Semi-matured cumin Gouda cheese has matured naturally over a period of 8 to 10 weeks.

Made from unpasteurized cow’s milk.

For customers in Scotland or Ireland, please call us on 01780 489269. We charge £6.50 for P&P for orders up to 2.5kg. Orders above this weight are charged £6.50 per additional 2.5kg. Unfortunately we can only deliver within the UK at present.
