About Bleu d’Auvergne Cheese
Bleu d’Auvergne is a French blue cheese, named for its place of origin in the Auvergne region of south-central France. Made from pasteurized or unpasteurized cow’s milk. It is aged for minimum 4 weeks, by which time the cheese showcases its assertive flavours and smooth texture.
The strong aroma and full flavoured characteristics of this cheese is well completed served with sweet dessert, truffle honey, sauvignon blanc or strong red wines. The cheese is well use for pastas, salad or like a part of cheese board.
